Hi Solshy,
I believe you must own a beautiful name. How many Chinese characters does your name consist of? I heard that the name of an Inner Mongolian may contain more than three words. Please give some tips to help us guess.

Here is my initial try:
路源水尽: 陸
晓风拂面: 柔;清
念秋石边: 葉
花飞漫天: 芬;芳
霜洒满园: 寒
