最近的心情寫照-->let off steam

Let off steam：steam原指蒸汽、蒸汽壓力，亦可指情緒緊張，let off steam則為片語，指放鬆或發洩情緒，如After a long journey, the kids need to run around a bit and let off steam.（在長途旅行後，孩子們需要跑一跑發洩情緒。）
