most of case the second bottle should still make money,
assume first bottle make money x
then 2*x - 8 should > x

which get x >8
so at least earn 8 from first bottle.
if only earn 8 two bottles still earn 8,
which makes the second bottle sell with no meaning,
so one bottle should earn more than 8 at least 8.
if one bottle sell 18 earn 8, which mean income cost 10,
and the drink maker should also make money from it,
so the bottle meaterial should cost less then 5,
so you pay 18 to buy 5 dollar drink.
