Hello sage,
Do you have electric rice cooker? If you have one, you can make soft coiled egg at a toggle ^^!!
For example, with my ancient 大同電鍋, simply put a wet paper towel at the bottom and an egg (or two, whatsoever number you desire)on top of it, press the switch, if I didn't forget to plug it in, when the switch pop up, the egg is done !!!
