可以幫我改英文作文嗎？

練習英文，想請有沒有人幫我看看有沒有文法錯誤、文意上的不通順，或者不必要的贅句，因為字數太多了，想刪約20個字掉
想〈...〉內那兩句刪掉，但有猜如此一來內容起來會不會更平乏

I am against the opinion that highter education should be available to all students.

〈Living in the knowledge explosion era, knowledge is power. Yet it does not mean all people should be set into a university, but the more a person possesses knowledge, the more easliy he/she stands out in the society.〉 As an old saying goes,"Let every tub stand on its own bottom."In my opinion, the hightly strict restriction on entering a school is necessary to pick a right person to take highter education rather than makes purposely it unavailable to everyone.

For instance, due to closing to 100 percent of enrolling rates in Taiwan, the academic standard of college students are dropping off so that a diploma has become valueless and a "waste paper". The fact shows that too many persons need not go into a college for years only to play recklessly or romantic relationships, but it is more useful for them to learn specialized skills according to their innate talents as well as actual interests early.
