Geo, an unscheduled check-up (臨檢) is not related to the traffic rule violations. In Taiwan, the Police perform such check-ups without prior notices mostly at night shops, dancing clubs, drinking pubs, etc. against the drug deals and usages, the illegal sexual services, and the wanted criminals.
