Some more suggestions:

1) "This pair of jeans is now marked down to five dollars instead of selling at ten."
a. ["The price for this pair of $10 jeans is now marked down to $5."]
b. ["This pair of $10 jeans now goes half price!"]

2) "This pair of jeans is now selling at five dollars instead of ten."

3) "The reduced price for this pair of jeans is five dollars now instead of ten."
