****hello all you can find the answer from the short article about catmouse noodle.

Cat Mouse noodle doesn't name from putting cat or mouse meat as ingredients, it was because the owner's nickname pronounced similar to "Cat Mouse" in Taiwanese. "Cat Mouse" noodle looks no different from other noodles in Taiwan, but you definitely will love it after tasting. The soup is fresh and not oily, together with mushroom balls, meat balls and shrimp balls and you will find its difference. "Cat Mouse Noodle" now has been marked one of the three treasures in Chan-Hwa

Hi, My name is Dave also known here as EastCoast or the dino ha ha. I live in the United States. The area I live in is known as Central Florida which also includes Orlando Florida
Our population in Central Florida is about 4 million people but the population is spread out all over the area. In cities like Orlando, Longwood, Maitland, Winter Springs and many more. I hope that the information below will tell you a little about where I live.

Orlando is the undisputed theme-park capital of the United States. It is home to the world famous Walt Disney World Resort, as well as numerous other theme parks. Orlando is also only 45 minutes from Port Canaveral, a major cruise ship port that plays host to at least three major cruise lines and over ten different cruise ships, including the Disney Cruise Line's two ships.

Orlando has a hot, sub-tropical climate that is divided into two main seasons, the warm season (from late spring through early fall), and the cool season. The warm season is hot and very humid. The cool season is more temperate and comfortable. The cool season does occasionally see temperatures below freezing, typically over night. On average, the temperature dips below freezing in Orlando about three times a year.

Orlando History
The area that is now Orlando was originally settled by Native Americans. The first permanent pioneer settlement of Orlando happened in 1842. Settlement did not expand much until after the Third Seminole War in the 1850s. Orlando was incorporated as a town in 1875. At that time, Orlando had 85 residents. Orlando became a popular resort in the late 1800's and early 1900s. Other key dates in Orlando's history include:

In 1838, the U.S. Army built Fort Gatlin south of present day Orlando to protect settlers from attacks by Indians.
In 1880, the South Florida Railroad extended its line into Orlando.
In 1970, the Orlando International Airport was built.
In October of 1971, Walt Disney World opened.

Orlando at Night
Nightlife in Orlando is centered in the downtown area, and around the major theme parks. In downtown Orlando, one can find comedy clubs, dance clubs, martini bars, pubs, sophisticated lounges, and sports bars. Universal CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort features dining, shopping, movie theatres and five nightclubs. Downtown Disney also offers movies, dining, shopping, and seven clubs at Downtown Disney's Pleasure Island.

Walt Disney World

Since 1971, Walt Disney World has been the top family-vacation destination in the world. With four giant parks full of rides, shows and attractions, visitors can spend days experiencing it all. Add in an array of fine restaurants and shopping venues, and you'll see that there's plenty to keep you busy on a trip to Walt Disney World, located in Orlando, Florida

Go to this site and you can see everything you can do and all about Disney.

Magic Kingdom

The Magic Kingdom was the first Disney theme park opened in Orlando, Florida, and it's also the most famous. For more than 30 years, visitors have been flocking to the park to ride classic rides, see timeless shows and experience Disney magic in ways only imagined.

Epcot

A trip to Epcot is a trip into the world of tomorrow. The futuristic attractions are fun and educational, and the dining options in the World Showcase area of the park are second-to-none.

Disney-MGM Studios

If you drive through the web of Disney World roads long enough in Orlando, Florida, you'll see a vintage hotel on the side of the road. The Hollywood Tower Hotel may look luxurious from the outside, but don't plan on staying there, as the hotel fa硤e hides a scary secret ?

Animal Kingdom

The most recent addition to the Disney World theme park family is Disney's Animal Kingdom. This Orlando theme park combines the classic rides, shows and attractions that Disney is known for with a completely new Disney animal experience. It's certainly more than your average zoo!

SeaWorld Adventure Park

The world-famous aquatic Orlando theme park is a great place to spend the day. You can ride thrilling rides and attend breathtaking shows featuring some of the smartest and most amazing animals you'll ever see.

SeaWorld, however, is more than just a great theme park, it's also a rescue and rehabilitation facility for animals hurt in the wild. A 24-hour on-call rescue team is always available to race to help an animal in need.

As far as SeaWorld's rides go, Kraken is the name to remember. This giant, looping coaster can be seen from the road as you enter the park's main gates. Orlando's only "floorless" roller coaster, Kraken barrels through loops and corkscrews at up to 65 miles-per-hour. Another of the park's excellent rides is Wild Arctic. This is your chance to visit the animal inhabitants of the world's coldest locales. This simulator ride offers spectacular views of rare creatures in their natural habitiats. Journey to Atlantis is another great ride. Part water flume, part roller coaster, Journey to Atlantis takes riders on a winding raft trip with a major drop at the end.

Even more than the rides, SeaWorld's shows are what truly defines the park. Most notable of the shows is the Shamu Adventure. Here you can watch as talented killer whales showcase all of their amazing skills. Watch them interact with their trainers to see the amazing relationship between man and animal.

Another show worth watching is the hilarious Clyde and Seamore show. These two lovable sea lions can perform all types of tricks, but it seems from the show that comedy is their specialty. See some talented animals and get some great laughs at this one.

In addition to the rides and shows, there are a number of animal encounter experiences to enjoy at SeaWorld. The Shark Encounter takes you deep below the surface to see the ocean's most dangerous predators up-close. You can also visit the dolphin pool, where you can see these fanciful creatures doing all of their exciting tricks.

At the end of the day, grab a seat for SeaWorld's newest show, Blue Horizons. Combining theatrical choreography and amazing animal tricks, this show is like nothing the park has ever done before. You'll be amazed at the interaction between the talented animals and humans.

SeaWorld Adventure Park puts a different twist on the theme-park experience. With amazing animal encounters, it adds an element many other parks just don't have. This makes it one of Orlando's must-do attractions.

Discovery Cove

Located right next door to SeaWorld Adventure Park, Discovery Cove is not your ordinary Orlando theme park. There are no tickets, no rides of which to speak, and no larger-than-life characters signing autographs and posing for photos.

What Discovery Cove does offer is the once in a lifetime experience to swim amongst dolphins, snorkel through a colorful lagoon filled with thousands of tropical fish, and relax among hundreds of free-flying tropical birds.

Instead of using tickets, Discovery Cove works on a reservation system. Just call the toll-free number and tell them how many people are in your party and what day you want to come. The park only admits up to 1000 guests per day, making it easy to maintain the laid back atmosphere at the center of the park's philosophy.

The experience begins with a brief orientation session that introduces guests to the dolphin-swim experience. Next, guests, along with their adventure guide, enter a shallow area to familiarize themselves with the dolphins. Then guests are allowed to swim and play freely among the majestic dolphins, an amazing experience for anyone. Please note that guests must be at least 6 years old to participate in the dolphin swim.

In addition to swimming with the dolphins, guests are invited to enjoy many other unique activities, including the Coral Reef, where they can snorkel through an underwater shipwreck surrounded by hoards of tropical fish. Guests can also relax in the aviary as they enjoy the beauty of the many tropical birds that call Discovery Cove home. There is also a Tropical River, which allows guests to float leisurely past rocky outcroppings and sandy beaches.

Discovery Cove in Orlando is not so much a theme park as it is a tropical paradise. The combination of lush environments and incredible animal encounters is enough to make anyone believe that they've been magically transported to a remote island for the day.

Plus there are many other places to see in the Central Florida Area

Busch Gardens It may be an hour or so away, but it's well worth it. Busch Gardens is one of the best spots for roller coaster enthusiasts in all of Florida ? and beyond. Sporting some of the biggest, fastest coasters around, Busch Gardens is a high-impact place for a day trip. Among the choices: Shiekra, the largest, fastest coaster in the Southeast U.S., Kumba, a 110 feet plunge into a diving loop making for a "roar" of a ride and Montu, an egyptian themed coaster with an inverse diving loop and a 60-foot vertical loop.

Cirque du Soleil ? La Nouba Located at Downtown Disney, Cirque du Soleil's La Nouba performs just about every day for audiences from around the world. Cirque du Soleil's reputation is known worldwide, and this show certainly doesn't disappoint. A breathtaking combination of dance, music, gymnastics and art, La Nouba is a show you've got to see to believe.

Cypress Gardens Florida's first theme park was Cypress Gardens. Originally founded in 1936 and reopened in 2004, the park combines classic rides and attractions with a family-friendly atmosphere. Cypress Gardens also puts on a number of concerts every year featuring famous stars of yesteryear and some of today's best country music performers.

Daytona International Speedway Taking a day trip to Daytona Beach might be something you want to do on your Orlando visit. But in addition to the beaches in Daytona, there's a little place called the Daytona International Speedway. The Speedway, the historic home of stock car racing, offers daily tours. Also, you can visit Daytona USA, an interactive attraction with a NASCAR theme.

Gatorland The famous entrance to Gatorland is deeply entrenched in the minds of Central Floridians. As you walk into the alligator's mouth, you'll enter an amazing world where you can learn all about one of Florida's most amazing animals, the alligator. See alligator feedings or get up-close and personal at a number of exhibits that let you get closer than you might like to Florida's famous gators.

The Holy Land Experience Enter into a biblical world of wonder at the Holy Land Experience. See films and presentations that present the history of the biblical world and marvel at the painstakingly recreated architecture that gives Holy Land its signature look. You can also visit the Scriptorium, an vast archive of biblical books and materials.

Kennedy Space Center The home of America's space program, Kennedy Space Center is a truly amazing place to visit. From exhibits showcasing America's space-travel history to a bus ride past the launch pads that NASA uses today, you can see some very special things at the Space Center. You can also stock up on astronaut ice-cream, a souvenir favorite.

Orlando Science Center One of the largest space observatories in the state sits atop the Orlando Science Center. When there's something special in the night sky, this is the place to go to see it. Inside, you can check out a number of amazing exhibits that will enlighten and entertain. Learn about electricity, physics and biology, all in one awesome place.

Pleasure Island For adults only, Pleasure Island is a great spot for nightlife. Located adjacent to Downtown Disney, the island features a number of diverse nightclubs and elegant eateries to fill your night with excitement. You can also catch live music. On New Year's Eve, this is the place to be.

Ripley's Believe it or Not Weird wonders abound at Ripley's Believe it or Not. Ripley made his life's work the collection of the strangest, most obscure artifacts he could find, and now many are on display, including shrunken heads and Rolls Royce made completely out of match sticks. Believe it ? or not!
