"Yo, come check out the new shoes on my slab!"
Would it mean ==> "Yo, come check out the new 'tyres/tires' on my 'car'!" ?

Hah, well done!
'Shoes' does mean 'tires', a lot of times it's used specifically to talk about the rims. 'Slab' is a car that has been customized: Slow, Low, and Bangin' [I've also heard Slow, Loud, and Bangin']. FUTARI WINS, MORE TO COME LATER!!!
