I am good in remembering people' faces especially those who are talkative .

I will always remember to lock my front door when i go out...

I think "I remember to see..." is incorrect.
"Remember to do something" is a kind of imperative, it is close to "Don't forget to". Thus, "I remember seeing" is "I remember I saw...", declarative.
