Well, "K書" is for "看書"? If it is so, it is not exact - in fact I had to check the idiom "hit the books". It stands for "stady hard", so it should be something like 努力學習.

"K书" seems to have several origins (from Google), but the most common understanding is "K书" = studying. So if one uses "努力K书”, that can mean "hit the books".
