死，是生的開始；生，是死的準備；生也未嘗生，死也未嘗死。生，是緣生故有；死，
是緣滅故無；無生也無死，無死也無生。生死是很自然的事，有生必有死，死了可
以再生，故死並不可怕，如一江春水向東流，不管流到那裏去，仍會流回來；如換
一件衣服（身體）；如換一間屋子；如木柴一根根的燒完了，但延續生命的火種仍
然存在。所以死亡並不代表滅亡。當面對死亡，要有如遊子回家的歡喜；面對死亡，
要有如囚犯釋放的自由；面對死亡，要有如落葉歸根的自然；面對死亡，要有如空
山圓月的明淨。
