Knowledge is certainly power. The more knowledge you have, the more you know about this world, about things around you, about why people would behave in a certain way. And with more knowledge, you can make more prudent decisions. Besides, others might look to you for advice and help. So let's all acquire as much knowledge as possible while we are still alive and kicking.  Tim

I would hope that everyone would try to gain knowledge throughout their life and that they would also share that knowledge with those that are around them, because sharing knowledge is as important as gaining it.
