Mon. How about wearing 旗袍? if they still dont know how about attening the meeting by taking a 國旗?

I guess there is nothing you can wear that will tell people right away you are from Taiwan....

That's a tough question mon...since Taiwanese is considered as "Chinese" as a race...many ppl wld eventually think of qipao as the national costume.

I do agree that Qipao belongs to the Manchurians and it doesnt really represent Han Chinese actually. That's kinda contradicting lah...

I felt that taiwanese is being recognised by their speech rather than their appearence, be it in mandarin or mingnanhua(languages that i know). same go to singaporean..u cant miss one if they r talking near u.
