the fool's day is coming and that happens to be the anniversary of Leslie Chung's death. a letter found in Leslie's pocket reads" Depression....为何会这样“. i just could not understand why he fell depressed and chose death since he made so many achievements in his career. what on earth was his depression?

but now i can feel this depression which has nothing to do with ur surroundings, you just feel depressed for no reason. too terrible. that's not depression at all if you can figure out why you feel that way, but it is when you cant find any reasons.

Believe it or not, humans are made up of three parts, the body, the mind, and the spirit. Depression can attack the mind or the spirit. Personally, I think spiritual depression are difficult to figure out.

It's good that you can share whatever your feelings are with us. Do voice them out even if you can't express yourself too good in words or don't know how and what to present. Just get the problems and worries off your chest by chatting with your friends and family members, like what you've been doing in this forum.

Guess everybody here would lend you our ears and give you our helping hands readily.
