when you 講話很酸, you are a bit jealous and then you say something in a sarcastic way.

"ㄋㄟ" is an expletive in Min-Nan, carrying an implicit meaning of "Do you know that?"
你講話很酸ㄋㄟ. = You're spitting sour grapes, aren't you? = What you are saying carries a sense of jealousy. Just my two-cents.
