I found this series called "非誠勿擾" (fei1cheng2wu4rao3 - not-serious-don't -disturb = "serious inquires only", which is a term used in every languages in date advertisements, I quess). The guy in this part is really funny, his Chinese is not much better than mine (huhh...), and he is soooo Italian.

In general I don't like these kind of shows, but in this one the gestures, body talk, the interactions between the participants arouse my curiosity. And I find many of them intelligent.

Fake, yes, you are right; but I realized that some 10 years ago I absolutely rejected these programs, now I can accept them. I think I took the "fake" part seriously, now I put it aside and I observe the "real thing", the phenomena that tell a lot about people and culture.
例如说， in one of the episodes they kept on talking of the boy's habit of drinking, he and a girl drank a pint of beer on stage, that could not happen in Europe.

Funny contradiction; real equaliy between women and men would arrive when the same show with 24 men and one woman will be accepted and popular as well.

I would like to recommend another programme from TW. It's called "WTO姐妹會". The topics discussed are pretty interesting and the guests are foreigners who reside in TW.
