According to my ability and apperance. Can I get the

outstanding report. I do not think so. Through my hard

working I may not achieve my job satisfaction. There are so

many issur will afect the outsome likewise personal

character like active , passive and talkative. Therefore

the interpersonal skill is very important for us to get

the promotion

Sometimes I am quite frustrated in my work. I tried my best

to show my strength. Under the circumstance I face a lot of

challenge and gosship from my comrades. I am hard working

in my work but interpersonal skill is not my strength.

Obviously it is my weakness which makes me hard to promote

a higher Rank. This is the main reason why so many junior

guys promote quicker than me. Actually it is quite

heat feeling. In fact they have an opportunity to get the

promotion . It does not mean that the ability and apperance

are better than me but I am quite sure that their social

and interpersonal skill are better than me.

Interpersonal skill is something you can not improve, I guess... Maybe it's even worse if you try...
I don't know what field you are in, what goes on around you has to be painful. Maybe you'd try to be private, run a shop or something...

Montanius , thank you for your suggestion but I am

afraid that I am not quit well run any private business.

I have been serviced in the government service for a long

time which makes me hard to accommodate the commercial

society especially the competition is very high .it is

impossible for me to keep alert all the time.

If I lost it I would not support my family.

Besides, I was frustrated by my comrades especially

when I had done the outstanding work in my job which make

my comrades felt pressure.

Ok, I just felt like saying something consoling... Your words sounded very frustrated (what is absolutely understandable in that situation).
