My mother bought a so called 生機食品調理機.It is similar to 果汁機. As long as she has free time ,she makes juice for us.

The seller of the product sent a book to us after we bought it. The book introduces many ways of how to make juice and what advantages after drinking it.

Each time when my mother makes fresh juice,I will stand beside her and watch what materials she has prepared. Some materials do attract my attention,like 牛蒡,萵苣,美國芹菜.,A菜……and so on,because I never know those things can be made into juice.More to my surprise is that the taste of the juice ,dont know how to describe by words.Maybe you can try to have it,then you will know my feelings.

Therefore,I like juice now, because It can prevent and reduce from some dieases as well as its taste .
