You are getting to it! But still a long way.

Here, take this hint!

Clue 1 : Why is the all-round total 65? It is because number 13 is the middle number of numerals 1~25. And if you multiply 13 by 5, you get 65.

Clue 2 : Number 13, being the middle number, MUST be placed in the centre of the 25 squares.

Give it some further thoughts.
