Yet another expressive phrase ... majestic mountains, lofty peaks; trees and bamboos in their stupendous growth ... all these in the likes of an awesome arcadia. Where can one find such tranquility?

Could this be part of a couplet? If so, what is the antithetical distich?

Going by the rules as Guru Glotynn has mentioned previously, the phrase seems to be the second part of a couplet (if it is the compose of a couplet at all), as the ending word 竹is in the first phonetic tone.

Over to our pool of experts.
