"YARN"
[spin a yarn] = "to tell a tale"
(e.g.) Grandpa spun an unbelievable yarn for us.
(e.g.) My uncle is always spinning yarns about his childhood.

"Z"
[catch some Zs] = "to get some sleep"
(e.g.) Tom always tries to catch some Zs before going out for a late evening.
