Just a bit sentimental when I was typing, Kaohsoung was hit by the history breaking rain falls and other cities in south again got flooded. And the possibility for this to happen to anyone is getting higher and higher when the clock is ticking.
You can say, I see we all need to get it started and start from ourselves before it gets too late.
