I have a similar story like this one from my friend. His schoolmate was riding a bike a little fast, the brake of the bike did work and his bike met head-on with another bike. It was just a collision, very common, and the two riders were OK at that moment. The schoolmate of my of friend came back and told him that he just got a little pain in his lower abdomen.

he died that night. It is said that his testes were terribly hurt because of the collision. But he did not sense it and just thought the pain in his lower abdomen was not a big deal.
