超市发票、银行自动取款机打印的凭证都是热感应纸，接触过后必须洗手!


我們過去經常討論雙酚A(BPA)在日常生活對人們健康的危害 ，從運動水壺、嬰兒奶瓶、 塑膠容器、食品罐頭、部分鋁製容器的塗層、印表機、影印機墨水…等，都是人們大量接觸雙酚A的可能來源。

上周，美國的環境工作團隊Environmental Working Group(EWG)公佈信用卡或消費收據常用的熱感應紙調查報告發現，竟有超過4成被抽驗的收據含超量雙酚A，而且濃度更是食品罐頭雙酚A含量的數百倍到千倍之多！

看到這項駭人的數據，也許你也就不難理解，為何大部分人體中都含有雙酚A成份的事實；根據美國疾管局CDC研究，有高達93％六歲以上的美國人尿液驗出雙酚A。

該研究也指出，人體透過手指與皮膚接觸這些熱感應紙收據後，有可能經由嘴巴將雙酚A直接吃進身體（例如：剛碰觸含雙酚A收據的手指，馬上又拿起食物送進嘴裡或由皮膚直接吸收)。而有實驗已經指出，即使透過洗手也無法將已經由皮膚吸收的雙酚A完全洗掉。

目前已經有相當多研究已經證實，即使只是攝取低劑量的雙酚A，還是會導致癌症(乳腺癌、前列腺癌)、行為異常、糖尿病、心臟病 、不孕、生殖系統病變、肥胖…等病症。

許多每天工作需要大量碰觸信用卡與消費收據的收銀員，據研究指出則是暴露在巨量雙酚A的高危險族群。日前，在美國被驗出雙酚A比例最高的企業，則是知名連鎖超市Safeway，其他如：美國 郵局、麥當勞、肯德基、Walmart、Chevron加油站、CVS藥粧雜貨…等，則都有發現收據的雙酚A超量情況。

在日常生活當中，如何讓自己避免碰觸過量雙酚A的熱感應紙單據 ，EWG也特別整理了幾項訣竅，提供大家參考：

1.選擇不拿或減少拿取熱感應紙收據，尤其是ATM自動提款機 這類自己可以操作的機器。

2.將收據分開擺放在信封或不同皮夾與錢包中。

3.別將收據交給小孩保存或玩耍。

4.碰觸過熱感應紙收據後，切記在準備食物或吃東西前一定要將手洗得非常乾淨。

5. 碰觸過熱感應紙收據後，別使用含有酒精成分的乾洗手液。有研究證實這樣反而會讓皮膚吸收更多的雙酚A。

6.別將熱感應紙收據與一般紙類一起回收，這樣會造成回收紙也 將含有雙酚A。

7.如果你無法辨識收據是否為熱感應紙，你可以用硬幣刮刮看，如果有變色或產生明顯刮痕，就是熱感應紙。

一般消費者比較容易接觸含雙酚A熱感應紙的則是：信用卡刷卡單 、在郵局、銀行、公家機關抽取的等候號碼牌單、ATM自動提款機 收據、計時停車場的單據、熱感應紙傳真紙張...等。
