It's a pity pinyin can be used only with simplified characters. As I have not got a Taiwanese keyboard I had to stick cut off letters on mine (I uploaded a photo), this is how I can use traditional Hanzis. It would take a time to master the usage.

Sometimes these words can be interchangeable.
In this context I think 可以 is more appropriate, but we can still use 会 to express the same content. The slight difference in meaning is 可以=could and 会=know.
I don't think 能 can be used in the sentence.
