It's interesting to learn how to call a duck that never swims in the water. I am sure there must be a slang calling for it in America. Does anyone know it?
Can I call it or someone a land-swimmer? When I play mahjong, people say that I am doing waterless swimming, just like the other three waterless swimmers do.

The closest one I can think of is either landlubber or landsman. But it's still much different.

Hi! Guys, let me try.
I am a dry duck. I swim like a rock. Umm... “I swim like a rock” sounds good to me! It's funny, and people know exactly what you mean. I hope that helps some. ................................................................................................................................. 參考資料:常春藤英語雜誌社<慣用語典> http://www.trifuel.com/forums/printthread.php?t=569
