http://www.iciba.com/now###
http://www.iciba.com/noun As I hear 'n' in the end of 'noun' is really weaker than the first one. But it is the same in phonetic symbols as 'nun' in which the 'n' can be heard more clearly: http://www.iciba.com/nun Anyway, in all cases you can pronounce a strong 'n', a much stronger than in 正 or 真 etc., it is like in 年. But these are such tiny differences, if you don't want to read up Shakespeare's sonettes, it does not matter.
