Imagine if I don't, and I have the trash bin in my bedroom, that means every time I wipe, I have to put my pants on and get out of the bathroom and throw the tissues in the trash bin in my bedroom, then come back to the bathroom again to wipe the second time and so on and so forth. Do you know how troublesome that is?
Sounds very troublesome, but are you fat? if, yes. maybe it is not troublesome for you for you could treat it as doing exercises.

The waste toilet tissues are supposed to get flushed away instead of in the trash bin. But too many toilet are not built correctly, this you need to ask our wonderful goverment why, if you ask me why, well, tell me why the roads can have so many man holes and become so dangerous for motocycles.
I definitely agree with SoutheLily. It's the problem with the sewer systems of the toilets. I had went to countries where toilet papers are thrown in rubbish bin (and without cover lid). It's smelly and dirty, plus..it can be quite a gross scene too.
In many places, such as SG...toilet papers are thrown into the toilet bowl. The "rubbish bin" beside it is meant for ladies to throw their sanitary pads, not toilet papers.
So Kathy, to answer your question, the issue now is whether the toilet sewer system can handle the toilet papers. If they can't, then the toilet bowls will clog easily. Necessary or not, it really depends on which toilet bowl u're using.
Thank you, yun.
