It is not easy to decide what you wish to do after graduating college, there are a number of considerations you will need to think about. Good career decisions are only made when people have a good sense of who they are. Four key dimensions are critical to understanding where the possibilities lie; knowing one's abilities, understanding one's personality, knowing one's interests and having a good sense of one's values. hmmm...cant agree more with that,uncle...but there is another thing...it's a bit hard to strike the balance between what one needs and what one likes,say,if u were offterd a job with a satisfying salary but u were not quite into the work itself,what would be ur choice then? :P

Langreen, don't you mean "what one needs, and what one wants?"
The basic need of a person are food and shelter, nothing more. So anymore than the basic need are "wants", and the sky's the limit on "wants".
