代工 has several meanings.
One of which, in manufacturing terms, means O.E.M. or "Original Equipment Manufacturer" Other includes "Stand-in"; "Replacement" etc.

OEM（Original Equipment Manufacturing）原創設備代工
買方看中某廠商自創之產品, 掛買方之品牌委託該廠以原設備製造, 但該廠商不得自行銷售. ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) 原始設計代工 買方帶著本身原始設計與技術, 掛買方之品牌委託並指導某廠商製造, 但該廠商不得自行銷售. OBM (Original Brand Manufacturing) 原始品牌代工 這是以代工廠商的立廠, 接受以OEM/ODM方式委託製造的術語, 掛買方之品牌, 該廠商當然也不得自行銷售.

Sorry for the tardy reply. Didn't see your posting. :P How about "We outsource some/part of our business processes to a/(an overseas) Thailand company/manufacturer/agency"? (... to "a company/an agency/a manufacturer" in Thailand??) Please pick the one that suits you best.
