Many users might have noticed we have a special block on the right-hand side on the homepage that let you share ideas with everyone instantly. That is to say you can "shout" whatever you want to say once you have entered your message in the input field and pressed Shout. And if you scroll the display down a little further, you will see there's a Popup item right under Refresh.
Click Popup and then you can see another window popped up with all the messages in the shoutbox together with each user's avatar and the time a message was shouted. You can also hover your mouse over any message in the shoutout block on the homepage and then get a bubble help like rectangle telling you when a message was posted. Hope this helps those who have not been initiated so far. Tim
