as i m working(<em>walking</em>), three scenarios could happened in my state of mind

1. i m attracted to the exterior world that caught my attention

2. the external environment is not worth my attention. so i turn into myself such as listening to the walkman

3 i walk like a zombie without bothering the external or my internal world.

how to take the first step to walk;
strike the ground first with your heel.
roll through the step from heel to toe.
push off with your toe.
bring the back leg forward to strike again with the heel.
