i’ve made a few corrections to your paragraphs as you asked (though i’m by no means an expert at english)

CNY is short for Chinese New Year. Each year I clean the house with my family. We wash all the windows and doors, mop the floor, hang the flat sheet(s) outside to dry in/under the sun and so on. I like the smell of the bedquilt after it has been dried in/under the sun. It carries(註1) such a healthy and warm smell.

I think it is a custom in Taiwan to clean the house as the Chinese New Year approaches. Perhaps by sweeping your house clean, it symbolises clearing your house of bad things.

(註1: 我覺得”carries”其實用”has”就可以了, 可是如果想要讓你的paragraph再fancy一點的話, 可以查字典, 看看有沒有更好的字, 可以擬人化你的bedquilt的字)

我之前沒有跟你說的是…我前兩個月都在台灣, 所以英文也荒廢了許久(現在打中文還比較順=_=). 我改的這幾段也只是改一些我覺得唸起來有點不順的地方. 整體來說沒有大錯誤. 就是最後一句(就是掃地掃出不好的東西那句)看起來比較怪而已.

but still, like i said, i’m by no means an expert at the english language, there are many more “pro’s” here.
