Gogo..It is related to how they prepare the tea.
Literally they did "拉"茶 and pour it back straight to the cup. They would do a few times. Hahah..maybe i should find you a video on it.

..I didn't know you like Teh Tarik..Tarik meaning pull, it is the way they make the tea, by pulling them and it is a very talented and artistic move to see them preparing the tea..
