步步糕升
今天一大早就被beauty媽媽叫醒,因為要做蘿蔔糕(菜頭貴).這道菜是過年必有的年菜之一,取其諧音步步(糕)高升.看吧中國文字真是有趣.
話說beauty媽媽在前一天就先把蘿蔔刨成絲了.我的工作就是看著那兩大桶在瓦斯爐上悶煮的蘿蔔絲.接下來就把悶煮好的蘿蔔絲和米漿混合加入調味料最後倒入蒸籠中蒸.
我最喜歡吃beauty媽媽做的籮蔔糕料好又實在,吃起來有蘿蔔甘甜的味道很鮮喔.

my family has something like that but it is made of yam. it is made by my sister in law.
