23June2011 to 19Aug2011 trip to Xi An
I thought I could re kick start my oversea trip blog.
I am at the airport keying this blog.
Thinking of living in Xi An for the next 2 months …. XIAN(tired).
I have explored most aspects of Xi An at last several trips but the urban condition and the weathers turn me off.
I was there last week and the weather is going to be hotter.
At night I could have hardly any energy for night activities and there werent any places that interest me.
Thus, I would probably stay in and carrying on with works.
Or perhaps I could blog about this boring trip…
That would give myself reasons to explore Xi An further.
So bear with me folks…….

Hi Open,
You seem to dislike coming back to Xian again.
But, I am expecting you to share with us about what you explore and how boring the trip is during the hottest time.

I left my house at 6 am. Still now I am stuck in Beijing Airport due to thunder storm.
I have been waiting here since 4 pm…..
This beijing international airport is huge with all the necessary hardwares. But the software have rooms for improvement.
International flight passengers have to board the skytrain to collect the luggages and when reaching the station, the annoucement actually asked the passengers to ‘get out’ of the train in a nice way…
hehe.
Anywhere the thunder was still coming in…thus I am worried about the trip and my driver at the other end.

HI Elinor, Xi An was dusty during the summer due to lack of rain and wind. Not only the dust from the northern desert would settle in Xi An, there were many mining activities such as coal and copper mines that polluted Xi An.
I am not sure i will explore much as the weather is very hot. Mostly I should be staying indoor unless weather permit.

Open, I think air pollution may be one of the reasons causing the weather getting hotter. You’d better not stay outside in the sun too long in order to keep from getting sunstroke.
