   I don’t know who the singer is but her(?) voice slightly reminds me of that singer’s who (if I am not mistaken) won a talent-hunting competition in Taiwan years ago.

   Actually it not the accent that made me realize the similarities…
   (In fact the pronunciation in this song is not “Taiwanese like”…)(For me.)(I am not an expert, as you know.)
