愛妻重傷 胡志強「難過歉疚」

台中市長胡志強的妻子邵曉鈴，曾是電視台當家花旦，她嫁給胡志強後，退出演藝圈。雖已洗淨鉛華，但舉手投足仍具明星丰采。儘管曾為明星的身分常成為鏡頭焦點，但在公開場合中，她總默默依偎在胡志強身旁，小心翼翼地不搶走先生的光芒。
昨天是這對夫妻結縭廿多年來遭遇到最大的創傷，兩人赴高雄為市長候選人黃俊英輔選後，回程時發生車禍。眼看妻子因他受傷，胡志強的家人說，「他內心的難過、歉疚，無法形容。」
這對夫妻堪稱政壇的模範夫妻。邵曉鈴甜美靈秀的外型，氣質出眾。胡志強平時公務繁忙，邵曉鈴會適時扮演胡志強的分身，常出席和婦女、小孩、老人有關的慈善公益活動，為胡志強的形象加分。
邵曉鈴不僅外語能力佳，也頗有幽默感。英商渣打銀行台中旗艦店七月開幕時，邵曉鈴應邀剪綵，她一開口就說「我在英國的時候，就是渣打銀行的客戶」，員工立刻報以熱烈的掌聲。
年前胡志強赴美爭取古根漢美術館在台中設館，在美國輕微中風。當時全靠邵曉鈴陪他度過無數檢查、復健的時光。
去年初，胡志強考慮是否繼續參選，又擔心妻子以他的健康為由反對。胡志強在他家的陽台對面大樓外牆，掛了一個胡志強捧著大紅花束的照片，上面寫著「曉鈴，再答應我一次吧」，讓邵曉鈴感動莫名，點頭同意胡志強繼續為台中打拚四年。

I am sad when I heard the news that taichung major had a car accident with his wife when they were on the way to home.
major 胡志強’s wife is not out of danger yet. I hope she will be ok soon.
This even let me think the chinese old saying “人生無常”.So we got to cherish everything we are worth doing.

Jason Hu and wife injured in car accident
Taichung Mayor Jason Hu (胡志強) and his wife Shaw Hsiao-ling (邵曉鈴) were injured yesterday evening in a car accident in Tainan County. Hu suffered only minor injuries and was able to walk into hospital unaided. His wife sustained a head injury and a fractured left arm. As of press time, she was in the intensive care unit at Tainan’s Chimei Hospital but her life was not in danger. Last night’s accident took place on the north-bound section of the Formosa Freeway when Hu and his wife were heading back to Taichung City from Kaohsiung City after campaigning for the Chinese Nationalist Party’s (KMT) Kaohsiung candidate Huang Chun-ying (黃俊英). According to TVBS cable news, the car carrying Hu and his wife rolled over after hitting another vehicle on the freeway. The couple were rushed to the nearby Chimei Hospital in Tainan. Shaw was unconscious at one point but regained consciousness after treatment TVBS said.
